This 50 hectares site, comprising of fairly flat, undeveloped land used for agricultural purpose presents an excellent opportunity for a housing led development, creating a new mixed community within the City where a high quality of life can be enjoyed. Parc - Niddrie Mill Primary School site

The site of the former Niddrie Mill Primary School was vacated in 2008 following the opening of the joint campus primary schools in Moffat Way.

The site has been sold to CCG for 66 new homes. They delivered the Commonwealth Games Village for athletes in record time due to their off site construction technique at their factory in Cambuslang.
